Physical exercise essential benefits
The fast change in our society and civilization causes the change in people’s total way of life. Human has advanced rapidly in life activities due to the changes of cultural forces that surround them. The meaning and purpose of physical activities and exercise slowly diminish, as people prefer to go with a much easier and up to date ways of living. It is not bad to go with change but it is not always proper to be with the change. In terms of physical development, there is something much better done in improving and maintaining muscles and bones in its proper decorum.
Technology as an example has lessened the amount of necessary physical work required for a normal person. Many home devices, gadgets, equipment, and labor saving machines for our physical comport, have greatly reduced the opportunities of persons to engage in physical activities. Television has made individuals to do long sitting hours.
The presence and production of many kinds of mode of transportation, which enable man to go from one place to another in the shortest and quickest possible time, has deprived them of opportunities to engage in a long walk. The discovery of the wheel has adversely affected the strength of many large muscles of our body causing some serious bone and muscle disorders.
Leisure time pursuits are essential to a well-rounded life but television, internet entertainment activities, home videos, and table games have lured many people away from the active participation in more creative and active activities of nature such as hiking, field trips, and other out-door forms of leisure time activities.
Progress in medical science has improved mans health and has lengthened man`s life expectancy. Focus in better nutrition resulted in healthier and taller individuals. Incidence of tuberculosis and pneumonia was reduced but shifted to more heart diseases, cancer, accidental deaths and injuries, and other vascular diseases. All of these problems go back to the cause of lack of physical activity. The role of physical education in the secondary schools must be enhanced by pointing out the factors that cause the low level of physical vigor and efficiency of individuals.
Physical fitness is an on-going process. It should be sufficiently maintained throughout life. A young man who has a regular program of exercise maintains a reasonable level of physical fitness throughout his adolescent life, which is carried over to adult life. A healthy body comes stronger and efficient functioning of all its vital organs through proper use and activity is attained.

The benefits of physical exercise develop a healthy human life
Many people lack exercise and tend to move toward a sedentary life. Push button technology and conveniences breed under-exercise. Overfed individuals, who are loaded with fat, are weak in their abdomen muscle, their muscle in the back, and their feet muscle. The results are viewable as pain in the feet, poor posture and carriage, general fatigue, and back pain. The people lacking exercise is more prone to be lacking and weak in stamina to finish ordinary daily routine. They are also easily becomes tense and angry. At a more serious effect, people with low physical exercise tend to develop psychosomatic disorders. It is a case of effect of body to the mind and of minds to the body. An individual are also prone to other modern days medical cases like circulatory disorders, heart attacks, obesity, backaches, and nervous tension. Physically active persons look younger than those inactive people do.
The benefits gain by individuals in physical exercise and activity includes muscle size increase, muscle tone and muscular power enhancement, muscular coordination and control improvement, the internal organs functions effectively, the growth process is stimulated strongly, the hearts and lungs gain reserve power, mental processes is better, and postural defects prevention.
The inactivity of a person may breed deterioration. This is preventable by properly using the activity. A person’s body becomes a well-functioning and healthy organism.
Regular exercise stimulates the growth of muscle fibers causing them to thicken. The connective tissue that binds them also thickens and becomes strong. The increase in fibers amount is known as hypertrophy. The decrease in amount because of disuse is called dystrophy.
Physical exercises and activities also enhanced muscle of the heart. As it becomes fully develop, the amount of blood pumped during each stroke is also increase therefore, the heat given more time to rest by not beating rapidly. Blood pressure during exercise is increase, forcing it to be distributed well to all parts of the body. In this case, food, oxygen, and water are properly delivered to the cells, which need them. Regular exercise also causes a change in the composition of the blood. The number of red corpuscles, which contain hemoglobin is increase. Hemoglobin unites with oxygen, which is carried to the muscle fibers.
The tidal capacity of the lungs is increased during exercise. This means, the capacity of the lungs to take in and expel air is increased so that there is an efficient exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide. Exercise also increases the flexibility of the walls of the chest. Chronic fatigue lowers the general resistance of the body from pathogenic organisms. Exercise delays the onset of diseases.

The Isometric Exercises No Motion Activity
Isometric exercise is an exercise without movement because muscles pit against an immovable object. It is a result of studies performed by two German physiologists in 1950’s, Dr. T. Hettinger and Dr. E Mulle. The exercise is an effective for the development and maintenance of muscular strength. There is no special equipment needed and it is performable anytime of the day. Furthermore, isometric exercise is not a tiring activity.
Though movements are not involved in this type of exercise, the performer must attempt to make a maximum contraction each time that he performs an isometric exercise. Contraction should last for ten seconds by slowly counting from one to ten. The minimum workouts are at least three times a week. To insure a better development of strength in all parts of the body, you should engage in various isometric exercises.
The use of a jumping rope might be of help to develop tension in certain muscles of the body. For the muscles of the neck, stand with fingers interlaced on the forehead. Exert a strong forward push with your head against your hands. Sit erect with your fingers interlaced. Exert a strong backward push with the head while resisting with the hands. Place your left hand on the left side of your head. Push your head with your left hand while your head and neck resist the force.
For the muscles of the arms, sit or stand erect. Flex your arms in front and place your right hand over your left hand, palms facing close to each other in a firm handclasp. Push your right hand down while your left hand resists. Repeat the exercise as you change positions. For the muscles of the arms and chest, stand erect. Bend your arms forward at chest level. Grip the fingers of your right by your left hand, with palms of the right hand facing outward and palms of the left hand facing inward. Pull hard and hold but do not release your grip.
For the muscles of the upper back, stand with your feet apart and hands at the sides of the body. Hold the end of the rope with each hand and step on the rope. Keep your hands straight as you raise your shoulders high. For the muscle of the lower back and hips, stand on a rope and flex slightly your body forward. Bend your knees so that your thighs are parallel to the floor. With arms straight, extended downward, grasp each end of the rope, and attempt to rise up to straighten your trunk and knees.
For the muscle of the hips and thighs, stand with arms raised sideward. Raise your left leg forward and with your trunk straight, slowly go down with your right leg supporting the body to form a 90degrees angle. Stay in this position for a few seconds. Reverse your leg. For the muscles of the leg, place your hands over your head. Stand on your right foot in a doorway, keeping your arms straight and raising the left foot off the floor. Now raise your right heels, extend your feet at the ankle joint, and push over the doorframe with your hands
